Since cone crushers can react sensitively to uncrushable material, the reliable "Tramp Release" overload protection system ensures an effective solution.
The plant detects the overload and raises the bowl of the crusher unit automatically so that foreign bodies such as wood or metal can fall out of the crusher unit without damaging the crusher.
Additional overload protection is provided by the intelligent "Ring Bounce Detection" whereby the crusher overload system is monitored continuously and, if necessary, appropriate action is initiated.
